Hey!! This is my first build and I have a question about gluing on the top deck..Are you guys gluing the deck down to the top of the rails, after shaping them down, or cutting the deck and fitting it between the rails? This is plaguing me and I need some feedback before I get to this point. Thanks for all the posts it helps a lot!!

I do one strip at a time ...not in a hurry to make a mistake ... never had a strip pop on me ...all I ever here is people crying about stuff cracking and popping loose... jmo

I'm thinking the same thing. One strip at a time makes sence to me.

One strip at a time is fine but its more time consuming and you have to make sure the edge of each strip is nice and clean to get a good bond for the next strip, mind you if your strips are nice and wide its not so bad mine were only 2".

Don't you do the same when you glue up all the strips at one time ....?
The most I do is a 1/4 of the board.....the TBIII sets up, so fast here , that the glue is brown before I can get on ...I lay down about an 1 1/4' on each rib and then run a bead on the strip and set and clamp....do 2 wait 45min and do 2 more...!
