I used the triangle method for building rails on my last board. It worked well, but this time I thought I'd try to build it out with thin trips so that I had the symmetrical pin lines separating the deck from the rails. Frustrating! Building the rails one thin and painful strip at a time.

Still adding strips. It's built out enough to where I can close it off. But, I should have gone another 3-4 layers.

Rails shaped out pretty well although it was more of a 50/50 vice pinched at the bottom deck. I should have built it out more, but I was just tired of adding strips. Sanded the top and bottom decks. Now all I need are the nose block, tail block, glass, and fin.
