Finally finished my classic 9 foot longboard. I've never taken on a project like this and I'm relatively happy how it turned out. I made a lot of mistakes along the way but fortunately I was able to cover most of them up with glass and resin. I have a very limited selection of tools which made this a challenge. The triangle rail method worked, but I'm curious if using 5-6 thin flat strips would be easier/better. Still, I've walked away with a ton of experience for when I attempt to do this again. Thanks to Chad for all the help. Ray Attachments:

Looks great!! What type of wood did you use? Sorry for the late response. I used redwood mainly for the decks, with the strips of whitewood for the center. The rails and tail block are pine. Ray
