The new updated book is now available in soft-cover print at Lulu.com as well as the downloadable version directly from their site. Both editions include one free blueprint download with proof of purchase (to print at home or at a print shop), or you can purchase the printed version of our plans (U.S. only) and have them shipped it your door. Hi Chad,
I was thinking of purchasing the plans for the SUP after seeing the one Mitch built & checking the plans out on your eBay listings. Just wanted to know if they include plans & instructions for the paddle?

Hi again Chad,
I guess I was confused by the very similar web name. Anyways I'd rather spend my money on the plans for the SUP board from you & after a bit of research on various sites & forums re: paddle blade shapes & shaft lengths etc. etc. I'm pretty confident that I can build me a paddle without the need for plans or instructions. I've made a start & should be able to post some pics by the end of the weekend.

Hi again,
Well not quite ready to post some pics of the sup paddle yet. Had a guitar project I had to finish for a guy who wanted his guitar back for a gig tonight. (I hate soldering little, eensy weensy guitar circuits! Just saying!)
However! what I have got done I'm really pleased with! I'll be able to post some pics tomorrow. If anyone is interested in some really sweeeet wood paddles for SUP, canoe & kayak check out Whiskey Jack Paddles, justb google it. Very nice gear.
I kinda but not exactly, sorta, not really, copied (I didn't say that) one of their SUP paddle designs. I didn't really, well, a bit, ok.
